Vanilla Ice Cream (No-Egg)

1. Heat milk with split vanilla bean (skip if using extract). Remove bean.
2. Stir in cream and sugar until dissolved. Chill mixture
3. Churn in ice cream maker.
4. Stirring is done in an airtight container, freeze 2 hours before serving.
