Mango Ice Cream

1. Make mango puree from ripe mangoes, add jam for extra flavor if desired.
2. Stir milk, cream and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
3. Add mango puree and lemon juice, mix thoroughly.
4. Churn in ice cream maker.
5. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 3 hours to firm up.

Heavy cream

(125ml)

Granulated sugar


¾ cup

Lemon
juice
