Kiri Cheese Ice Cream

1. Mix cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Stir in cream, milk, and brandy, mix well until smooth. Chill mixture
3. Churn in ice cream maker.
4. Stirring is done in an airtight container, freeze 2 hours before serving.
