Strawberry lce Cream
1. Mash the strawberries until smooth. Mix with lemon juice to create a puree.2. Stir together milk , heavy cream, and sugar until dissolved. Add the strawberry puree and stir until fully combinecChill mixture.
3. Churn in ice cream maker.
4. Stirring is done in an airtight container, freeze 2 hours before serving
