Coffee Brandy Milkshake
(Adults Only)

1. Dissolve coffee powder in a little hot water.
2. Heat milk and cream until steaming; beat egg yolks and sugar, pour into milk mixture, return to heat and cook to
180℉ (82°C ) without boiling.
3. Chill mixture, then stir in brandy. Churn in ice cream maker.
